Facilis Technology is a certified Adobe Development Partner and develops powerful tools for Premiere Pro workgroups. Facilis' HUB Shared Storage supports cross-platform Adobe Premiere Productions and Team Projects, with Asset Management integrated into the Premiere interface for the ultimate in seamless collaboration.
Avid Media Composer
The Facilis Shared File System delivers the native Media Composer project sharing workflow and media database management that Avid editors need for collaborative editorial. Facilis was the first to offer a true emulation of Avid filesystem over 15 years ago, and we have more experience with Avid workgroups than any 3rd party shared storage solution.
DaVinci Resolve
A powerful editorial and color grading software suite, DaVinci Resolve is empowered to reach new levels of performance with up to 4.5GB/sec delivered to the application for bandwidth-heavy operations like 8K color grading. Whether on Mac, Linux or Windows, the Facilis Shared File System can provide real-time playback of the most demanding formats.
Final Cut Pro
Final Cut Pro is used in many Facilis environments, and fully supported with the Facilis Shared File System on latest release and most current Mac OS. If camera raw playback is strained by a weak NAS or local attached storage, the Facilis shared file system can deliver real-time performance without the need for proxies.
New Tek
NewTek's TriCaster multi-camera live video production systems and 3Play integrated sports solutions are fully tested and supported on the Facilis Shared File System. Unique features of HUB allow control of mounted storage without OS Interaction on the client. This is especially important when the client is a dedicated video production appliance like TriCaster.
Ingest and Playout
Facilis qualifies HUB storage and the Shared File System with multiple production appliances in use daily at our customer locations. Facilis also offers standard SMB sharing for systems that don’t require advanced features or won’t allow for software install. Most importantly, our sales team consults with you on a customized configuration to meet the needs of your production workflow.
Backup and Archive
Object Cloud and Object LTO are integrated backup and archive products from Facilis, but we have hundreds of customers utilizing options from Spectra, Storage DNA, Xen Data and many others. Facilis systems are compatible and interoperable with the product of choice by our customers, and we work with these manufacturers to ensure successful deployment and sustainable operation.
Asset Management
FastTracker MAM is an integrated and included software feature in HUB Shared Storage, but we have strong relationships with many dedicated MAM providers like CatDV, EMAM, Axle, iconik and many more. The Facilis Shared File System is accessible and indexable from any MAM software, so our customers can choose the tools that works best for them.
